Event: Gaydon MINI Festival
This past Sunday the British Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon hosted it’s annual (and usually very wet) MINI Festival and I attended the event with several friends from the Portsmouth and Southampton MINI Owners Club. Held in the car-park surrounding the large circular building, this show is deceptivly large and there is always a good number of MINI’s on show. Because of the way it’s laid out, however, there is a lot less walking involved and the museum itself is a wonderful extra added attraction.

This being the anniversay year, an extra effort had been made. There were more dealers, a stunt display from the legendary Russ Swift and an exhibition in the museum itself celebrating the life (so far) of the MINI.
