Return of the MINI Mayfair
As part of the MINI’s anniversary celebrations, several new special editions will debut in May. One of them will be very familiar to anyone with an interest in the history of the marque; the MINI Mayfair.

The original MINI Mayfair debuted in 1982 and was designed as one of the most luxurious MINIs you could buy. For £3,363 you could get a radio, head restraints, a locking fuel cap and tinted glass. Originally debuting with a 998cc engine and drum brakes, by the time the Mayfair ceased production in 1992 it came with a 1275cc engine and disc brakes.
We know little about the newest iteration of this classic special edition, other than that its likely to be exclusively available in the Hot Chocolate body colour and come with unique interior trim, custom wheels and retro badges.
